What is Seat & Stake?
Seat & Stake is our most comprehensive membership tier, £1,200 a year at founding rates. It covers priority introductions, structuring support on the investment itself, the Investing Director Programme, the peer circle and Deal Clinic, with your founding rate held for as long as you stay.
Founding rates are held for life. Here is what happens next.
| Today, first 100 members | £600 / £750 / £1,200 |
|---|---|
| At 15 placements | £750 / £950 / £1,600 |
| At 25 placements | £950 / £1,200 / £2,000 |
| At 40 placements | £1,200 / £1,500 / £2,400 |
Your rate is whatever it was when you joined, for as long as you stay a member.
Capacity-limited. One search contact serves around 100 members properly.
All prices exclude VAT.
If it does not happen, you do not pay for it.
We are new. You have every reason to be sceptical, and we would rather carry that risk than argue you out of it.
Seat & Stake
A board appointment with an equity component within twelve months, or we refund the full year.
Advice & Allocation
Two documented advisory engagements offered within twelve months, or the year is refunded.
Operator & Owner
Three scoped fractional engagements introduced within twelve months, or the year is refunded.
Your name, on every tier — if we ever release your name to a company without your written instruction, we refund in full and close your membership the same day. No conditions on that one.
Conditions: a completed profile, and at least six introductions accepted for review. Full terms apply. 14-day refund on new subscriptions.

How much do non-executive directors get paid in the UK?
UK non-executive director fees at seed and Series A usually run from nothing to about £25,000 a year, with £10,000 to £20,000 common at Series A alongside equity. Chairs are paid more. Listed-company fees are far higher, but that is a different market with different time demands.
Eight investing directors and advisers placed, across two companies.
Real placements, in the words of the founders and leaders we worked with.

“The whole team were very efficient and had clear targets in place, which they were brilliant at communicating all feedback and requirements. The team were on the ball and passionate about what they do, easy to work with and will work hard alongside you to make things happen.”

“Diligent and focused on outcomes. That sums up the team in many ways. I've worked with the team for 2 years now — long may that continue, because finding another team would be looking for needles in big haystacks.”
